Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. It is by no accident that you have stumbled upon this page and I am so excited to have crossed your path in this journey called life.
My purpose for everything you see here on this site is to share with you various resources. These techniques, insights, and activities can ultimately lead to an exciting life full of adventure and self-discovery. Most importantly, they all have a common thread: making self-care a priority and improving the quality of your relationships.
You may be wondering how someone, as myself, could possibly help you create the best life worth living. The simplified explanation consists of focus, awareness, and experience. Every human alive today has encountered challenges, stressors, adjustments, and feelings of being lost. While struggling through all of these things myself, I obtained a Master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health, became professionally licensed, and became certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I took note of what worked and practiced it until it became a habit. I applied these principles to countless clients, families, and couples and found that they too were becoming successful at achieving their goals.
