Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I fully appreciate how overwhelming choosing a therapist can be…especially for those pursuing therapy for the very first time. Let me first welcome you and applaud your courage.

My purpose for everything on this site is to share with you various resources. These techniques, insights, and activities can ultimately lead to a more balanced life, full of self-discovery. Most importantly, they all have one common thread: making self-care a priority and improving the quality of your relationships. When we take care of ourselves, we can take care of others.

With today’s plethora of challenges, stressors, adjustments, and feelings of being overwhelmed, it’s natural to want to find solutions. It’s also a worthy endeavor to feel ready, or drawn to, healing past trauma. This is where I can help. I am a┬álicensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona (LPC-17626) and Wisconsin (8130-125). I am also certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I offer my clients a unique treatment plan that is built upon learning emotion regulation skills. From there, understanding the complexities of past trauma and becoming more in tune with your body’s natural wisdom starts to occur. It’s a beautiful process.
